Bentall 5 is the fifth of five buildings that have been built at Bentall Centre since construction of this office complex began back in the 1960's.
What's interesting about Bentall 5 is that this building is being constructed in two phases.
Construction of phase I was initially completed in 2002, with the building topping out at 24 storeys. Construction of phase II is now underway in June 2005, which will see an additional 10 storeys added by April 2007. Once it's completed, Bentall 5 will come in at a total of 461 feet.
