Down at the far end of False Creek, the final installment of Bosa Development's Citygate project is now underway, with the Creekside building under construction.
Due to be completed in mid- to late-2007, Creekside will be 22 stories high (220 feet) and include 165 new condo units.
Among the other buildings in the Citygate complex, Creekside is the fifth tallest out of the nine buildings that have been built there. The tallest building is 30 storeys high, while the shortest is 14.
According to this Planning Department background sheet on the Citygate project (link to pdf), once Creekside is completed, the entire Citygate neighbourhood will include more than 1,000 housing units and be home to more than 2,000 residents.
