Apparently, more than one quarter of the 'cut and cover' portion of the RAV line has been completed since construction began in October 2005.
There's also some information about the above-ground changes being made to Cambie Street, which will be redesigned to better accommodate bicycle and pedestrian traffic, and to create a 'grand entranceway' into the downtown area.
