The Tunnel Boring Machine Emerges

In case you missed it, the Canada Line website has posted a video (link opens to WMV file) of the Tunnel Boring Machine's grand appearance in the streets of Vancouver. (At Granville and Robson, to be precise).

As with the Woodwards Building demolition, Vancouver's yahoo community came out in moderate force last month, to lend its support to this powerful demonstration of engineering prowess.

And if you listen carefully, at the end of the video one of the assembled citizens provides his own perceptive commentary, by declaring, "that's a big-ass motherf-----r!" God bless him.
