In addition to the Cooper's Quay neighbourhood, the Triangle West district also happens to be a hotbed of construction activity, with three towers going up at the present time.
Below, the Flatiron, Ritz and Sapphire.
Closeup of the Flatiron.
The Ritz...
...and a closer look at the Sapphire.

flat iron? this is a perfect example of the over obsession over view and neighbourhood influence over design. the building was chopped, so much for a flat iron building. sad. feel bad for busby's office.

I agree with ya on the Flatiron thing. I just hope they don't alter West Pender place too much - i love the angles on that development.

We should worry about construction quality of workmanship. It is at the point where it had stresed out the customer. Concord Pacific and inspectors had close the eyes on major problems. Nobody realy does the jobs they suppost to be doing. By supporting goverement elections they have full support of their friends. Customer satisfuction does not exist.
We remember people who gave their lifes for better Canada. We fill Concord supported by our goverement
do not respect wishes for better Canada. Thats shame.
